Welcome to Lucky Travels. By accessing our website or booking any tour or service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Once confirmed, a booking confirmation will be issued with full tour details.

2. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and include only the services specified in the itinerary.

3. Prices & Inclusions

Tour prices include services clearly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary. Any services not listed—such as personal expenses, optional activities, tips, or additional meals—are not included.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and third-party supplier policies.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Lucky Travels reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, availability issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always aim to provide suitable alternatives.

6. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other required documents. Lucky Travels is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers must inform Lucky Travels of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. Participation in tours and activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

8. Liability

Lucky Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

Lucky Travels shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, culture, and the environment. Lucky Travels reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for booking and service-related purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to Sri Lankan jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance

By making a booking with Lucky Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
