Refund Policy

At Lucky Travels, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our travel services.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. Once confirmed, services such as accommodation, transportation, guides, and activities are reserved in advance.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 14 days before travel date:
    A partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and third-party charges.

  • 7–14 days before travel date:
    A limited refund may be provided, subject to supplier cancellation policies.

  • Less than 7 days before travel date or no-show:
    No refund will be issued due to committed reservations and operational costs.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as entrance tickets, safari permits, hotel peak-season bookings, and special activity reservations may be non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Cancellation by Lucky Travels

If Lucky Travels must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or safety concerns), customers will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • An alternative tour or rescheduled date

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, where possible.

6. Changes & Amendments

Date changes or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or airline disruptions.
